Welcome to Healing Bites LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our subscription-based platform and services. By subscribing to or using any part of the Healing Bites platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
“Subscriber” refers to the individual or entity purchasing a subscription to provide access to End Users.
“End User” refers to the individual granted access to the platform through a Subscriber’s account.
“Platform” refers to the online services, content, and resources offered by Healing Bites LLC.
Healing Bites offers multiple subscription plans including:
Monthly Subscription
Annual Subscription
One-Time Individual Purchase (non-subscription access)
We currently accept payments through Stripe, allowing credit/debit card transactions. Additional payment options may be introduced in the future.
All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled by the Subscriber prior to renewal.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support or using the available cancellation option within their account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued.
Each subscription tier includes a defined number of new End User slots per month (e.g., 10, 15, 20 users).
Unused slots will roll over to the following month, allowing flexibility in onboarding.
Accumulated rollover slots remain available as long as the subscription remains active.
Subscribers will be notified via email when they are nearing their monthly allotment or rollover cap.
If a Subscriber exceeds their available slot count, additional usage will be automatically billed during the next billing cycle.
Subscribers may invite End Users by sharing a registration link. End Users must create their own account using an email/password or by authenticating with Google.
End Users granted access through a subscription retain lifetime access to the platform, regardless of future changes to the Subscriber’s status, unless they violate our Terms of Use or are otherwise removed for cause.
Although no real-time dashboard is currently available, Subscribers will receive automated updates and reminders regarding their End User count, slot usage, and rollover balance.
Subscribers agree to:
Provide accurate billing and contact information
Ensure that End Users adhere to the Terms of Use
Avoid sharing login credentials or misrepresenting user counts
Promptly update payment details as needed
Use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and ethical guidelines
All content on the Healing Bites platform, including but not limited to videos, written materials, graphics, and course modules, are the intellectual property of Healing Bites LLC. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of platform content is strictly prohibited.
Healing Bites LLC provides educational and wellness content for general informational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healing Bites LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Healing Bites LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
